California Riparian Habitat Conservation Program - 2021 Call for Concepts January 27, 2021 The Wildlife Conservation Board's California Riparian Habitat Conservation Program 2021 Call for Concepts (PDF) is now available. This year’s priorities include projects located in southern California*, shovel-ready implementation projects, and projects that advance the California Biodiversity Initiative (Executive Order N-82-20 (PDF)). Secondary funding priorities include planning projects and projects located in central and northern California. All applicants must complete the online pre-application by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on March 31, 2021. WCB will then invite select applicants to submit full proposals.
