WCB’s 2025 Year in Review and Prop 4 Update March 9, 2026 We are pleased to share the Wildlife Conservation Board's 2025 Year in Review (PDF). 2025 was a year of big moments—and even bigger success stories for the protection and restoration of California’s incredible biodiversity. As we look back, the Wildlife Conservation Board celebrates a year of remarkable achievements in tribal partnerships, land conservation, habitat restoration, and outdoor equity. With thanks to the Legislature and Governor Newsom, Assembly Bill 107 (Section 36) has been signed into law. This allows WCB to award Prop 4 funds that were appropriated in the Budget Act of 2025, which includes $3 million for the Parkway!
