Lower American River Conservancy Program – 2021 Proposal Solicitation Notice April 1, 2021 The Wildlife Conservation Board’s 2021 Proposal Solicitation Notice (PSN) for the Lower American River Conservancy Program is now available. Proposals for implementation projects and land acquisitions that result in enduring benefits to the lower American River Parkway are encouraged. The primary focus is on projects that improve the quality of water that flows into and within the American River Parkway and projects that restore or enhance fish and wildlife habitat and other natural resources.
