The Wildlife Conservation Board’s 2020 Pacific Flyway Conservation Proposal Solicitation Notice (PDF) (PSN) is now available. Project applications submitted to this PSN should seek to protect, restore or enhance migratory bird habitat, improve migratory bird habitat diversity, quality and connectivity, or improve management, ecological function, and biodiversity of migratory bird habitat.

All applicants must submit a Pre-application by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on December 16, 2020. WCB will subsequently invite select applicants to submit full proposals. All questions regarding this PSN should be submitted to WCBFlyway@wildlife.ca.gov.
