Project applications submitted to this PSN should seek to protect, restore or enhance migratory bird habitat, improve migratory bird habitat diversity, quality and connectivity, or improve management and ecological function of migratory bird habitat. All applicants must submit a Pre-application by 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on September 10, 2019. WCB will subsequently invite select applicants to submit full proposals. Proposed projects may include planning, implementation, or acquisition projects within the Sierra Nevada and Cascade Mountains in California. PSN priorities include meadow restoration, post-fire habitat recovery, and aspen stand restoration as well as acquisitions that protect meadows, migration corridors, or habitat connectivity.
