Proposals for implementation projects and land acquisitions that result in enduring benefits to the lower American River Parkway are encouraged. The primary focus is on projects that improve the quality of water that flows into and within the American River Parkway and projects that restore or enhance fish and wildlife habitat and other natural resources. Four virtual open meetings will be held in March for the public to review and comment on the NRMP. Visit the County’s Natural Resources Management page for more information.
