The Wildlife Conservation Board's link opens in new windowProposal Solicitation Notice (PDF) (PSN) for Regional Conservation Investment Strategies Projects (RCIS) has been updated. Proposed projects shall be for the development of RCIS that are not otherwise funded pursuant to Section 800 of the Streets and Highways Code or any other law.

All applicants must submit an application to WCBClimate@wildlife.ca.gov. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis. All questions should be submitted to Scott.McFarlin@wildlife.ca.gov.

The Wildlife Conservation Board's Lower American River Conservancy Program link opens in new window2020 Proposal Solicitation Notice (PDF) (PSN) is now available. PSN priorities include improving the quality of water that flows within and into the American River Parkway (Parkway) and the enhancement of interpretive and educational facilities related to the Parkway and its natural, cultural, and historic resources. Proposed projects may be for land acquisitions, planning, or implementation.

All applicants must complete the full application by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on July 31, 2020. See the 2020 PSN for more details and the application forms. For questions regarding this PSN or the Program, please contact WCB's Lower American River Conservancy Program at LARCP@wildlife.ca.gov.

The Wildlife Conservation Board's Public Access Program 2020 link opens in new windowProposal Solicitation Notice (PDF) (PSN) is now available. PSN priorities include boating access, hunting and fishing, and non-consumptive wildlife recreation projects. Proposed projects may be for planning or implementation.

All applicants must complete the online pre-application by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on June 29, 2020. WCB will the invite select applicants to submit full proposals. For questions regarding this PSN or the Program, please contact WCB's Public Access Program at WCBPublicAccess@wildlife.ca.gov.

Now is the time to discuss your project ideas with WCB staff. The consultation period will be open until the release of the PSN in late spring.
